Contains L. plantarum

Ecosyl is ideal for a wide variety of crops and silage conditions. It has been extensively proven to improve fermentation and animal performance. Ecosyl contains MTD/1 – a special strain of bacteria found only in the Ecosyl range of silage additives.

  • 3 ‘D’ extra digestibility;
  • Improves animal performance;
  • Lower dry matter losses;
  • 100 g jar with Lactobacillus plantarum NCIMB 40027 – min. 1.00 x 1011 ufc/g;
  • When stored and used according to our recommendations, this product provides at least 100,000 L. plantarum per gram of treated forage.

Mixing and application

  • Inoculant to be applied in liquid form per 100 metric tons of silage:

Standard application:

Mix the contents of the bottle well in 1.5 L of clean, fresh water. Dilute to 200 L of water to apply at 2 L/ton of forage.

Ultra-Low-Volume Application

Mix the contents of the bottle well in 1.5 L of clean, fresh water. Dilute to 2 L of water to apply at 20 mL/ton of forage.

    • Any applicator – standard for ULV;
    • Shelf life of the tank mixture: 48 hours. The ULV tank mixture can also be stored for up to 10 days in a refrigerator;
    • Shelf life (unopened): 24 months in a cool, dry place;
    • GMO-free and suitable for organic use.
