Lactis is a functional ingredient specially developed for high-producing dairy cows. These are calcium salts of palm fatty acids, produced with rumen-protection technology that ensures a high degree of stability in the rumen and excellent intestinal utilization of energy. Its formulation provides greater energy efficiency without compromising the ruminal environment, contributing to consistent productive performance throughout lactation.

With a high degree of ruminal protection (greater than 92%), Lactis allows for energy densification of the diet without negatively impacting milk fat content, and may even help maintain and improve milk solids. Its use promotes increased milk production, improved feed efficiency, and greater metabolic comfort, especially during periods of higher production demands.
Main uses:
Protected energy for medium- and high-yielding cows;
Support for energy balance at the beginning and peak of lactation;
Maintenance and support of milk fat content.
Directions:
It should be added to feed formulations and/or concentrates, as recommended by a specialized nutritionist.
Inclusion should be done gradually, allowing for an adjustment period of approximately 7 days.
